B | 涉及汇款风波的有3间公司，包括山立汇款公司、汉生汇款公司与长城汇款公司。据了解，至少有15名苦主从长城汇款公司获得全额退款，还有至少7名苦主从汉生汇款公司拿回一半或60％的退款。不愿透露姓名的一名受访者说，早前与其他人经常到汇款公司索取退款，汉生汇款公司事后愿意协商，并同意退回一半汇款。“如果有人被冻结的款项更多，可能不愿意只拿回一半，毕竟损失很大。”她透露，汉生汇款公司同意退款后，也要求他们签一份保密协议。据她了解，若要长城汇款公司退全款，他们要求的资料很详细。然而，被冻结的钱一旦涉及诈骗案，中国当局也难以提供所谓的详细资料。该受访者也指出，这些冻结的款项一般被指涉及网赌或诈骗案。“网赌的案件流程比较简单，但诈骗案中会使用多个银行户头层层洗钱，案情更加复杂，中国当局会更难提供相关证明。”另一名汇款受害者说，据他所知，山立汇款公司的苦主，没有任何人收到退款。另外，山立事后于2月20日告知新加坡金融管理局，打算交出执照，并终止生意。其中一名长城汇款公司的苦主张延坤受访时说，他去年将2万2000新元汇给中国的亲人，但7月中旬才被通知银行卡被冻结。他称，汇过去的款项于今年4月1日被中国警方取走，银行户头才解冻。“长城汇款公司要求我们提供资料，包括详细说明户头涉案的文件，还有以及一些明细。不过，我提供资料后，对方还是认为不够详细，拒绝退款。”张延坤说，据了解，以前有人曾提供类似资料后，就获得退款，岂料自己却不成功。熟悉此次汇款风波的苦主高亚界（38岁）受访时说，不少苦主的银行户头被冻结后，钱财被中国警方取走，并归还给诈骗案的受害者。“苦主们其实不知情，没想到户头被第三方利用，卷入事件，中国警方取走钱后，还给诈骗案的受害者，但最终损失的还是无辜的汇款人。

C | ”高亚界也透露，根据他掌握的讯息，诈骗案的受害者能拿回的钱财，也分为四个等级。“一级的能拿回全部；二级能取回一半；三级是25%，四级则只拿回10%。
