二 | 中煤新集能源股份有限公司（以下简称“新集能源”）董事、高级管理人员辞职。1月8日，新集能源发布公告称，公司董事会收到公司董事、总经理郭占峰先生，副总经理徐进先生，总工程师韩柏青先生的书面辞职报告。郭占峰先生因年龄原因，申请辞去公司第十届董事会董事、公司第十届董事会战略发展委员会委员和公司总经理职务；徐进先生因工作调整原因，申请辞去公司副总经理职务；韩柏青先生因工作调整原因，申请辞去公司总工程师职务。
